Zach Pasquariello is the Founder and Managing Partner of ZIP Capital, a private real estate debt fund based in Central Pennsylvania. A former U.S. Army Infantry Officer turned entrepreneur, Zach built ZIP Capital to provide investors with consistent, fixed returns secured by first-lien mortgages on real estate throughout Pennsylvania.

With over $4 million deployed and more than 50 real estate loans funded, Zach has built a reputation for rigorous underwriting, transparency, and integrity. Every loan is personally reviewed by Zach, analyzing borrower financials, tax returns, property values, and after-repair potential, to ensure every deal meets ZIP Capital’s conservative lending standards.

Before launching ZIP Capital, Zach founded Harrisburg Bookkeeping, a successful accounting firm serving small business owners and real estate investors. His deep financial background and experience in business operations laid the foundation for ZIP Capital’s disciplined approach to lending and fund management.

Zach’s mission is simple: to help investors earn passive income through secured, real-estate-backed lending while empowering local real estate entrepreneurs to grow and revitalize Pennsylvania communities.

Outside of business, Zach is a husband, father, and Army veteran. He’s passionate about faith, fitness, and building long-term wealth with purpose.
